We are midway through Season 4 of Amazon Prime Video’s The Expanse, and the show is still great as ever. One of the most compelling and well-written Science fiction Dramas we have seen on television in some time. So good that even Syfy’s May 2018 Cancellation could not stop this show, which is based on novels by James S. A. Corey. The first book, Leviathan Wakes, was released in 2011.

The two leading men of Season 1 and 2 are not new to having fans lust over their bodies. Who could forget Thomas Jane‘s 2009-2011 HBO hit “Hung,” where he played Ray Drecker–a male prostitute. He was shirtless in every episode, and not-to-mention, all the great sex-scenes.

Steven Strait on-the-other hand, made a big splash in 2006’s The Covenant. Who could forget the shirtless scene of Steven Strait with Toby Hemingway, Chace Crawford and Taylor Kitsch… all those perfect abs in one place. That scene is iconic on the internet…

And while Chad Coleman, Thomas Jane, and Steven Strait brought star power to the show, my personal favorite is Wes Chatham, who plays “Amos Burton.” His character is just completely bad-ass. The hot tempered anti-hero, and of course… ripped. In the beginning of season 5, we got to finally dive into his past, which certainly added to the depth of the character.

Season 4 brought us a love interest for Bobbie Draper  (Frankie Adams) in the form of actor Michael Xavier, We also saw a season-wide storyline with her nephew “David Draper” who is portrayed by Kolton Stewart.

My hope for the rest of Season 5–and possibly season 6, is some shirtless scenes from new hunks Keon Alexander and Jasai Chase Owens. Keon Alexander plays Marco Inaros, who recurred on Season 4, and was made a main character for Season 5. He plays such a convincing villain–but yet–he plays it with such a charm. Jasai Chase Owens plays “Filip Inaros,” the son of Marco and “Naomi Nagata.” This storyline has certainly been heating up.
